About Equestrian Federation of Pakistan
Equestrian Federation of Pakistan – EFP was raised in 1983 under The President’s Bodyguard. EFP was shifted to Pakistan Rangers (Punjab), from The President’s Bodyguard in December 2013. The inaugural meeting of the new management of EFP was held on 10th April 2014 to elect the Office Bearers and the Executive Committee. The newly elected Executive Board & the Executive Committee decided to introduce Tent Pegging as part of the Federation.
Equestrian Federation of Pakistan (EFP) is the Supreme National Body in the country responsible for all equestrian activities except Polo. The Federation is being managed by Pakistan Rangers (Punjab). The Jurisdiction of the Equestrian Federation of Pakistan (EFP) is extended throughout Pakistan.

Equestrian Sport at its best is about the pursuit of excellence, "the relentless pursuit of excellence". It involves hard work, discipline, training, review, reflection, adaptation and change. Most sportsmen and women on the planet are good at listening, they crave assessment and critique so that they can improve. They are reflective by nature and good at looking inwards at themselves with objectively measuring themselves and their performance against the best in Equestrian class. "Sky is the Limit".

At the heart of Equestrian athletes, there is something else - the relentless pursuit of excellence becoming a ‘win at all cost’. Values that keep human endeavor exactly that, human, fair and based on effort. These are the role models we want the next generation of athletic stars to be inspired by. To do that we need to rebuild trust in our Equestrian Community and Sport. We need to put in place the structures that allow our athletes, fans, our community and our sponsors to reinvest emotionally and financially back in our Equestrian sport.
